Returns
SilverToBuy.com strives to provide our customers the best quality merchandise and purchase experience. If you are not 100% satisfied you may exchange or return the item within 20 days of the shipping date. All items exchanged or returned must be in the same condition as shipped, that is, unused and not altered in any way. We do not accept any returns of pierced earrings or body jewelry for concerns associated with sanitary issues.
To make your return simply send us an email to customerservice@silvertobuy.com. Please include your name, order #, item # you would like to return or exchange, and reason. We will send you a confirmation number and you can send it USPS (United States Postal Service). Please include the original invoice with the confirmation number emailed to you. Once the item is received we will process your exchange or refund. SilverToBuy.com is not responsible for any damages due to wear and tear.
